- Either party, without cause: 90 days’ written notice (12.1)
- Customer, for cause: material breach not remedied within 30 days (12.2)
- Supplier, for non-payment: immediately, once 14 days overdue (12.3)
Worth flagging: 12.4 keeps the deposit on any termination, even one the supplier starts.
- Either party may end the agreement on 90 days’ written notice (cl. 12.1).
- The customer may end it for a material breach not fixed within 30 days (cl. 12.2).
- The supplier may end it immediately once an invoice is 14 days overdue (cl. 12.3).
Unusual: cl. 12.4 lets the supplier keep the full deposit on any termination.

Can administrators read conversations?
No. Administrators see usage, cost and policy information. Prompts and replies are never shown to them, and Jalten does not store them.
Which AI models are available?
The ChatGPT models from OpenAI, Claude models from Anthropic, Grok models from xAI and DeepSeek models. On your own, you connect your own provider key; in a company workspace, your organisation connects and approves them. Models from Google, Mistral AI, Cohere and Groq are coming soon.
